Clients who want their interior design directly (design + build) handled by Emporio's builder partners can choose the 3D Only Package.
The advantage of using Emporio's builder partner services is that the design process is faster. Once the 3D is complete, cost calculations can be carried out immediately. If everything is satisfactory, the interior work can proceed on-site (no need to wait for all technical drawings to be completed, as communication between the brands is already well established).
Any minor adjustments or revisions in the field can be made directly by the builder, thus expediting the process.

E. ONLINE ORDER PROCEDURE
- Client informs fixed plan of building. If available.
- If the client does not have a floor plan and / or 3D, it is necessary to conduct a survey with an additional fee or use a building drafter to measure spaces, windows, doors.
- Client informs preferred samples or references.
- The designer team will make a cost quote and invoice for stage 1.
- For the next payment stage, it is adjusted to the type of package selected (Point A, B or C).
