The following is information about costs / prices / fees for interior design services, procedures for ordering interior design services, and a description of what images and services are included in these costs. Categorization of interior design costs is based on the area of space to be designed and the preferred style. To determine the design concept, clients can consult our designer first. A. INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICE FEES PER ROOM
*We only use meters for Drawing
1. 100% Payment. If the client approves the offer, the client will pay 100% of the total design cost to an account on behalf of the President Director of Emporio Architect.
B. INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES FEES PER HOUSE
*We only use meters for Drawing
1. 50% Down Payment for concept creation and 3D design.
2. Payment for Phase 2 is 50% for technical drawing and fine rendering.

E. ONLINE ORDER PROCEDURE
- Client informs fixed plan of building. If available.
- If the client does not have a floor plan and / or 3D, it is necessary to conduct a survey with an additional fee or use a building drafter to measure spaces, windows, doors.
- Client informs preferred samples or references.
- The designer team will make a cost quote and invoice for stage 1.
- For the next payment stage, it is adjusted to the type of package selected (Point A, B or C).
